PURPOSE:To detect that temp. rising reached a predetermined value, by storing the magnitude relation of present temp. and display temp. in a shift register as binary data at every sample timing and counting said binary data by a logical circuit. CONSTITUTION:When temp. is measured at the time of sample timing by a temp. measuring part 1, lately measured temp. is stored in a measured temp. memory means 2. Then, the lately measured temp. is compared with the display temp. stored in a display temp. memory means 3 by a comparing circuit 54 and higher temp. is displayed on a display device 4. When the lately measured temp. is higher than the display temp., the data showing the higher state is stored in a shift register 6 as one bit data, for example, as data ''1''. A logical circuit 7 detects, for example, the number of the data ''1'' of the shift register 6 when the number of said data reach a predetermined value or less and outputs a converging signal. |
