PURPOSE:To operate the first piston in the first cylinder at a high speed by sliding the second piston in the second cylinder whose one edge is opened and whose opened edge is opposed in noncontact to the opened edge of the first cylinder in the direction separating from the first cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The second cylinder 23 whose opened edge is opposed to the opened edge of the first cylinder 22 having the opened edge and which has the larger diameter than that of the first cylinder 22 and whose one edge is opened is arranged. When a solenoid valve 39 is excited and the third chamber 32 is opened to the atmosphere, the second piston 33 is slid in the direction separating from the first cylinder 22 by the internal pressure of the second chamber 31. Therefore, the inside of the second chamber 31 is opened in one breath to the atmosphere through a large cavity between the first and the second cylinders 22 and 23. Then, the first piston 29 is sharply pressed to the second chamber 15 side by the internal pressure of the first chamber 30. |
