New polyolefin-based compositions and stabilising compositions which can be used to prepare the said new compositions. The new compositions according to the invention comprise essentially at least one polyolefin, at least one copper chelate and at least one organic phosphite. The compositions thus constituted, which exhibit an improved resistance to light, can be employed for the manufacture of shaped articles.
