The pump has two connection points (5,6) meeting in the direction of flow after the flap (12) in a shared point (9) connected to a spraying device or to an emptying line. The two connection points form tangential outlets whose free ends are covered by a casing hood (7) that has the shared point. The vanes (13,14) of the flap (12) lie between the openings of the outlets and the casing hood. The flap consists of a rubber or plastics frame (15) with a cross piece (16) linked via film hinges to the vanes.
