The invention relates to a baking support for, for example, but not exclusively, the baking of food products, such as dough pieces for making bread. The support comprises a baking tray 2 consisting, for example, of a perforated metal sheet attached to two transverse rails 7. The support is characterised in that the transverse rails 7 are connected to two longitudinal rails 5, 6 with which they form a frame 4 which supports the baking tray 2 and has a longitudinal channel and whose opening is towards the opening of the channel of the other longitudinal rail, in each of which channels there is engaged, and then clipped, one of the longitudinal sides of the baking tray 2.
