Aq. bleaching compsn. contains (by wt.) 0.1-5% surfactant (I) or (II), 1-12% MOCl (M=alkyli metal), 1-15% other inorganic cpds. (III), and 0.001-0.25% of an organo- Si quat. NH4 salt (IV). The compsn. has pH 10-13, ionic strength less than 5 g mol/dm3, and is free of anionic surfactant sp. - In formulae R7-8-18C alkyl; R4=10-18C alkyl; R2R5R6R8R9=1-4C alkyl; R10=1-4C alkylene; R1=16-20C alkyl; R3=1-4C alkyl or H; g=0-2; X-=H20-soluble anion.
