PURPOSE:To analyze an ephedrine compound at a high accuracy from a sample obtained by the primary extraction, by adding 10-40% of methanol to a leading liquid. CONSTITUTION:10-40% of methanol is added to a leading liquid to enable separate detection of all ephedrine compounds contained in not only a refined reagent but also in a crude drag. Thus, a highly accurate analysis of ephedrine compounds can be done simply by preparing a sample using such a simple method as extraction of alcohol. |
