PURPOSE:To make possible to provide the ink empty detection level in a large scale with a variation of resistance value being made gentle by making the ink empty detection electrode in such structure that a flexible printed circuit board being used. CONSTITUTION:A flexible printed circuit-board (thereafter FPC) 28 is made in a thickness of 100mum with a lamination of a conductor (copper or the like) of thickness 20mum on a base film 30 of polyethelene of thickness 50mum, and a cover film 31 of polyethelene of thickness 30mum thereon, in turn. Further, an ink bag 18 becomes thicker in the ink filled condition, because a detecting electrode is made of the FPC28 of thickness 100mum,and the clearance B of the ink bag 18 is made smaller and a resistance value change of the ink capacity is made gentle, since the thickness of the FPC28 is thin as 100mum in the ink empty condition, and the ink empty detection level can be provided in a large scale. |
