PURPOSE:To attain a detailed file operation by introducing a concept 'application time band of file' into a conventional access right and preventing the foul use of the file with a wrong time band in a system operation mode. CONSTITUTION:When a user U1 delivers a file access request A1 or an access right a1, a file access control part 4 receives the request A1 and calls out an access right discriminating part 5 to check whether or not the request A1 is permitted. The part 5 checks successively access lists P1...Pn successively to discriminate whether the user U1, the access level a1 and the present time point T shown by a time point device 6 are included or not in an allowable access list P1. If said items are included in the list P1, the result of this decision is informed to the part 4 from the part 5. Then the part 4 performs the data processing to a file F1 based on the access right a1 of the request A1 of the user U1. |
