PURPOSE:To obtain an evaluating system of a recording head which can be dealed with an evaluation item to be made into complex and a change of evaluating function flexibly by providing a memory apparatus being possible to give and take a control signal and data between a control apparatus and thereof and electric power source supplying the power necessary for printing. CONSTITUTION:An evaluation program for driving voltage evaluation, early stage trouble evaluation and data totalization from an outside memory 12 is read in a control apparatus 11. Then the driving voltage evaluation treatment is started after setting of one head is carried out. The early stage impressed voltage is set to the electric power source and a printing command of suitable font for the printing evaluation is given to a printer 13 by the control apparatus 11. A command is indicated on a key board of the control apparatus when the evaluation of the driving voltage is carried out and set corresponding to this printing condition. The impressed voltage is increased step by step until that time, and being set as the driving voltage by the control apparatus 11 when an instruction is given. The printer 13 is obliged to carry out the printing of the prescribed number of impulses by the driving voltage, and the evaluation of the occurrence ratio of trouble in the early stage. The security of the reliability in a lot unit is carried out under the totalization of the data of the lot and the occurrence ratio of the trouble. |
