PURPOSE:To let a listener easily know the a receiver in a detuning state by clamping a frequency-modulated detection output voltage which exceeds the frequency shift width of one channel. CONSTITUTION:A clamping circuit 7 is connected to the output terminals of an FM detecting circuit 4. This clamping circuit 7 has an upper and a lower limit clamping voltage set so as to have a function for clamping part of the detection output voltage of the FM detecting circuit 4 which exceeds the frequency shift width of one channel. Therefore, when the receiver enters the detuning state, the sound outputted by the receiver is much smaller than when the receiver is in the tuning state, and the listener decides immediately that the receiver is in the detuning state. |
