PURPOSE:To prevent the after end of a container for transportation from hitting the ground by restricting the rotation of a supporting frame within the space between guide cylinder under the floor surface and a wheel supporting frame, when the wheel is located far backward from the revolving center of the supporting frame. CONSTITUTION:A guide cylinder 12 is suspended from a floor surface 5. The center shaft 17 of the wheel supporting frame 16 is made freely pass through this guide cylinder 12. A revolving shaft 19, which can be operated by hand, is provided on the supporting frame 16. A flat-plate-shape stopper 20 is fixed to this revolving shaft 19. When a container 4 for transportation is unloaded from the transport car 1, the revolving shaft 19 is turned first so that the stopper 20 is engaged with the notched part 15, thereby restricting the revolving motion of the supporting frame 16. With this state, container 4 for transportation is unloaded. |
