PURPOSE:To reduce the chip area, by utilizing the capacity between the base and the collector and the capacity between the base and the emitter of a transistor to form capacitors. CONSTITUTION:Multiemitter transistor Q12 for equivalent capacitor forms capacitor C11 between the base and the collector and forms capacitor C12 between the base and the emitter. The base and the emitter of transistor Q12 are connected to the emitter and the base of transistor Q11 respectively, and the collector is connected to power supply terminal VCC. Since respective capacities of equivalent transistor C12 are utilized to form capacitors C11 and C12, they are formed in the same part to reduce the chip area. |
