REDUCING VALVE HAVING BYPATH

PURPOSE:To simplify the parts and to improve the reliability by providing a reducing valve for one system on a piston receiving the pressures in two systems in facing direction while stopping the function of reducing valve through motion of piston upon fault of other system. CONSTITUTION:Under normal operation of two systems, the cross-section of piston 5 is such as A=B>C thereby the piston 5 will stop at the left position because of the differential pressure receiving area. Consequently, the reduction valve 9 will execute normal pressure reducing function. Upon fault of second system at the inlet 2'. The piston 5 will move to the right because of the pressure difference. Here, an O-ring 15 of piston 5 will also move to the right to be deviated from the seal section of the bore 4 area B. Consequently, a bypath directly communicating between the inlet 2 and outlet 3 is formed to eliminate pressure reducing effect of reducing valve 9.
