PURPOSE:To raise the housing efficiency of a lead frame housing container by a method wherein lead frames are alternately superposed being shifted by the prescribed amount in every one sheet. CONSTITUTION:The inside dimension to correspond to the longitudinal direction of each frame 2, which is housed in the lead frame housing container, is made longer than the length of one piece of the resin-sealed part of the lead frame in the same direction as the longitudinal direction. By this way, when the lead frames are housed in the lead frame housing container in such a way that the lead frame on the lowest side, for example, is put to the right side and is housed, the lead frame thereon is put to the left side, and furthermore, the lead frame thereon is put to the right side, the lead frames are brought in a state that the fellow resin-sealed parts of the respective lead frames, where are made most thick, are never superposed and the thin parts of the respective lead frames, whereon no resin exists, are alternately superposed on the resin- sealed parts of the respective lead frames, where are made thicker. As a result, the lead frames can be stacked in a smaller pitch. |
