PURPOSE:To provide a vinyl chloride resin having improved transparency and impact resistance, by blending a grafted conjugated diene rubber copolymer obtd. by grafting a vinyl monomer onto a conjugated diene rubber copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl monomer (B) consists of 19-79wt% methyl methacrylate (i), 20-80wt% arom. vinyl monomer (ii), 0-30wt% vinyl cyanide monomer (iii), 0-4wt% crosslinking monomer (iv) and 1-15wt% at least on alkyl (meth) acrylate (v) whose homopolymer has a glass transition temp. of 0 deg.C or below. 20-70pts.wt. conjugated diene rubber copolymer (A) cong. at least 50wt% conjugated diene (pref. buadiene) in a multi-stage method, and further 60-100wt% of said monomer B-(V) is grafted thereonto in the final stage to obtain a graft copolymer. 1-30pts.wt. said graft copolymer is blended with 70-99pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin. |
