Trailer-unloading device

The invention relates to a trailer-unloading device which is mounted on the rear of the trailer and has above it an ejector drum which rotates at a high speed and is driven by a transmission mechanism. The unloading device is provided in the form of a pick-up drum 3 which rotates at a high speed and is operatively connected to the ejector drum 9 whose speed of rotation is substantially higher than that of the drum 3. In this way, the load which is drawn off from the trailer by the drum 3 and conveyed upwards onto the ejector drum 9 is ejected behind the trailer and distributed there by the ejector drum 9 (Fig. 1).
