PURPOSE:To make a heat pipe easily in an insertedly contacted hole of an insertedly contacted body without need of a cleaning treatment and the injection of the determined volume of working fluid after an expanded pipe is inserted, by a method wherein a sub-container is provided and the expanding of a pipe is performed by the inner pressure of pure and clean working fluid. CONSTITUTION:The pressurizing fluid 11 of high pressure is injected into the sub- container through a metallic capillary 5 for injecting and discharging working fluid, and herewith, inner pressure of working fluid 10 in the sub-container, the metallic capillary and a main container is made resin and expands the main container. Next, after the inserted body is separated from the sub-container, leaving working fluid 10 being filled in the main container and a part of the metallic capillary for connecting being attached, and surplus working fluid is discharged preventing the intrusion of all non-condensible gas according to the prescribed dimension, and the metallic capillary for connecting is sealed airtight and anti-pressurable at the condition determined volume of working fluid is remained as a heat pipe. As a discharging method of surplus working fluid, super heated steam 14 which is generated by heating working fluid in the heat pipe through the metallic capillary 4, is injected by the steam pressure 15 and surplus working fluid is discharged from the metallic capillary 6 for injecting and discharging working fluid. |
