The body-fluid collecting instrument, e.g. for taking blood samples or for injections, has a needle with sharp tip for insertion through the skin. A flexible and resilient sealing cap (29) is fitted over the needle (7) and is punctured by it. - When the needle is withdrawn from the skin, the cap material can be arranged to close over it again. The needle can be mounted on a holder for placing on a vessel, the cap being joined to a hub around the holder. |
