The partial-quantity removal device consists of a first removal pipe (9), the wall of which has a slit (10) which is opened by a closure element (11) during filling of the container (1) and is closed during removal, and of a second removal pipe (13), equipped with a slit (10) and closure element (16), which is connected with the lower end of the first tube (9) by means of a section of flexible piping (14). The upper ends of the removal pipes (9, 13) are linked with connection lines (7, 8).
