PURPOSE:To develop the separating effect of tap water piping by a method wherein the space with the predetermined length is formed within a piping, through which sewage water and tap water flow alternately, by the actions of a vacuum breaker and of a solenoid valve at the time when the pouring of water is stopped in the hot water supplying unit of a direct circulating bath or the like. CONSTITUTION:The separation in tap water piping from sewage water is performed by developing the space having a distance of 30cm or longer by discharging the water in the tap water circuit 7 ranging from a vacuum breaker 12 to a branch pipe 13 for overflowing by closing both a solenoid valve 5 for stopping the water main and a non-return solenoid valve 6 and simultaneously opening a solenoid valve 11 for overflowing, when a water level switch 10 detects that bathtub 9 is filled with water. After that, a pump 14 in an additional bath heating circuit 8 is started in order to circulate bathing water between the additional bath heating circuit 8 and the bathtub 9. The additional bath heating is continued by a heat exchanging part 15 until a thermistor 16 detects the arrival of the water temperature of the bathtub to the set hot water temperature. |
