PURPOSE:To transfer a talking voice stored when an identification number of an IC card loaded to an IC card reader/writer is coincident with the designated identification number into the IC card and reproduce the voice from a handset by storing the opposite talking voice and the identification number of the IC card designated by the opposite party to a telephone set. CONSTITUTION:When a handset is not hooked off within a prescribed time, the line is connected automatically, the identification number of the IC card of an object person is received from a telephone set of sender, stored in an area M1a of a memory 14, the voice input from a caller is compressed and digitized and stored in area M1c in the memory. When an incoming confirming button 2c is depressed, the identification number of the IC card stored in the memory and the reception time of the telephone call are displayed and when the voice information designating the identification number of the own IC card exists, the own IC card is loaded to an IC card reader/writer 4. Whether or not the number is coincident with the identification number displayed on the display is discriminated and whether it is reproduced in voice or it is transferred to the RAM6c of the loaded IC card is selected. |
