PURPOSE:To widen the ignitable range and contrive to improve the igniting performance by a method wherein an igniting heater is arranged so that the upper end of a wick in rising operation is positioned between two filaments. CONSTITUTION:By operating a wick up/down moving device, a wick 16 is protruded between an outer flame cylinder 4 and a cylinder body 17. The upper end of the wick 16 is positioned between both filaments 30, 30, a power is supplied to an igniting heater 19. Then, evaporated gas is produced from the wick 16 by the lower side filament 30. When the rising evaporated gas is closed to the upper side filament 30, the igniting is performed speedily. |
