PURPOSE:To detect an always correct carrying speed by detecting the average between the inner peripheral speed of a long substance wound around a driving roller and its outer peripheral speed as a carrying speed. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a driving shaft 4 drives the long substance 5 through a driving roller 1 and also rotates the 1st differential gear 17 of a differential gear device 15 through timing belt transmitting devices 23, 24, 22. A driving roller 2 is rotated by contacting its peripheral surface to the outer periphery of the long substance 5 to be driven by the roller 1 to rotate the 2nd differential gear 18 of the device 15 through gear transmitting devices 9, 10 and a main rotary shaft 6. The device 15 outputs the rotation inputted to the gears 17, 18 as the rotation of an arm 19. Since the rotation number of the arm 19 is the rotational number based upon the mathematical average of respective rotational number, the average speed between the peripheral speed of the roller 1 and that of the roller 2 can be detected by detecting the rotation of the arm 19 by a rotary encoder 16 through timing belt transmitting devices 25, 26. |
