PURPOSE:To enable easily a person to go to a testing position, to shorten a testing time and to reduce the cost of equipment by injecting testing gas or the like into a space formed by the end part of a film fixed to a rigid wall at its end and covering a bracket at its part. CONSTITUTION:The bracket consisting of a base plate 11, a clamping bar 12, a round rod 13, etc. is fixed to a reinforcing plate 15 welded to the rigid wall 4. A film body 10 to which a cover sheet 16 is adhered is fixed on the reinforcing plate 15 by a bolt 18 and a plane plate 19 so as to cover the bracket and the cover sheet 16 is expanded up to the lower surface of the base plate 11 and then fixed through a round rod rubber packing 20. Soapy water 24 is applied to the outside of the seal and testing air 23 or the like is injected into the space through an injection port 22 formed on the folded film 10. Consequently, the testing air or the like can be injected only into the limited space and the test can be attained rapidly without expanding the whole film.
