PURPOSE:To mold a tire on the circumference of a wheel body, by a method wherein an annular material is molded on the wheel body with a hard material, a gap for forming the tire is formed by surrounding the annular material by a mold and the inside of the gap is filled with molten resin. CONSTITUTION:As for wheel body (c), an annular material 4 is provided on a connecting surface 2 of a tire of the external circumference 3 in a protruding state. The annular material 4 is protruded from the center of a wheel along a radius direction of the wheel and formed unitarily and symmetrically centering round the center with a soft material. A mold is provided on the circumference of the annular material 4 and the tire is molded by pouring molten resin into the mold. As for the mold, two-part molds d1, d2 are used and the annular material 4 is surrounded by the molds by putting the molds d1, d2 together on the circumference of the annular material 4. A molten article of soft resin is molded within a gap in the mold. The soft resin, therefore, has been kept molded on the outside of the mold beforehand and the tire is molded on the circumference of the annular material 4 by injecting a molten article into the mold. |
