PURPOSE:To fix a difference between operating temperatures by inputting a reference voltage applied to a node between a temperature setting variable resistor and a resistor through a diode in accordance with the output of a comparator. CONSTITUTION:A temperature control device is constituted of a temperature sensitive resistor element 1, a comparator 3, a load 8, etc. In said device, a diode 10 of which anode side is connected to the node between a temperature setting variable resistor 4 and the 2nd resistor 5 and cathode side is connected to a comparator 3 is formed and the voltage V2 applied to said contact is dropped by a fixed voltage to form a reference voltage V3 and input the reference voltage V3 to the comparator 3. An analog switch 11 forming a switching means is connected in parallel with said diode 10 and turned on/off in accordance with the output of the comparator 3 to control current supply to the diode 10. Consequently, the difference VD between operating voltages is fixed independently of the resistance value of said variable resistor 4, so that temperature control considering the dispersion of temperatures and economical efficiency is attained. |
