发明名称 DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING SPILLOVER IN REHEAT STEAM TURBINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To operate the captioned turbine without requiring an adjustment of altering control characteristics of a voltage regulator by providing an electricity/hydraulic pressure control circuit for converting output voltage from a low pressure turbine to control hydraulic pressure on a pressure control circuit for opening and closing a spillover valve interposed between a reheater and a condenser. CONSTITUTION:In the captioned control device wherein steam from a boiler is allowed to pass, upon fully closing a steam adjusting valve 1, through a bypass valve 7 and a reheater 3, and is fed from a spillover valve 8 to a condenser 6, an output transducer 17 for converting an output from a low pressure turbine 5 to an electric signal is entered into an electricity/hydraulic pressure regulator 15 via an electric regulator 14 for generating hydraulic pressure P6 in response to the input signal. Then, the hydraulic pressure P6 is added to high pressure turbine emergency stop hydraulic pressure to provide spillover standard secondary hydraulic pressure P3, which spillover standard secondary hydraulic pressure is then entered into a high valve priority circuit 11. Any higher hydraulic pressure between said hydraulic pressure P3 and set secondary hydraulic pressure P1 is sent to a comparison pressure controller 17 in accordance with an output from which controller the spillover valve 8 is controlled.
