PURPOSE:To reduce evaporation of a solvent for printing ink by a cover interlocked to the movement of a squeegee near the surface of a plate. CONSTITUTION:Each edge of a cover 8 with diaphragm is fixed to a plate frame 1 or part 9 of a printer which fastens the plate frame 1 in such a way that said edges contact with the upper surface of a plate having a screen 2 in the plate frame 1. Then a squeezee 3 or a squeezee holder 4 is fixed in the middle of the cover 8 in such a manner that the squeezee or squeezee holder penetrates the cover 8. If the squeezee 3 moves to right or left, the cover 8 expands or contracts in response to the movement of the squeezee 3 to cover the upper surface of the plate all the time. That is, the constitution is such that the plate frame 1, screen 2 and cover 8 encircle printing ink 7. |
