PURPOSE:To offer a manufacturing method of a screwlike-molding, through which strength of the material is not spoiled as much as possible, by making use of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin which is light in weight, superior in corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance, fire retardancy and electrical insulating properties and, moreover, reinforced highly by a reinforced fiber. CONSTITUTION:Heat treatment is applied to PPS resin prior to molding of the PPS resin into a columnar or cylindrical material and rolling processing is made easy by making the same crosslink appropriately. The PPS resin is heat-treated at the temperature of more than 150 deg.C. A resin composite containing heat-treated resin and a reinforced fiber is obtained by mixing the reinforced fiber with the heat-treated resin. The resin composite obtained in this manner is molded into a columnar or cylindrical material. Then the rolling processing is applied to the material. In addition to the above, heat treatment can be performed by heating a pellet to be obtained by kneading an inorganic reinforced fiber beforehand under existence of either air or oxygen. |
