PURPOSE:To rationalize the mounting structure of a wristwatch by providing multifunction to a band, by forming a case and a back from a hard material while forming the band from a flexible material and fixing the band so as to hold the same between the case and the back. CONSTITUTION:A case 5 and a back 9 are respectively formed of a hard material such as a metal or plastic. A band 1 is formed of a material having flexibility such as rubber or plastic. Unevenness or a hole is formed to the are of the band 1 corresponding to the case 5 and the band 1 is fixed so as to be held between the case 5 and the back 9 in a sandwich structure. By this method, the function of a packing or guide function at the mount time of an internally mounting printed circuit board can be provided to the band 1 and a design also becomes aesthetic by the integral structure of the band 1 and the case 5. |
