Band(2) passes along the circumference of return roller(11) and feed roller(12), which rotate rapidly in reverse direction. This band contacts one of the rollers and goes feeding and tightening process. The return roller(11) has high friction while the feed roller having low friction. The return roller becomes free and rotates with the feed roller when the band is being fed. The band is fed between the rollers. The contact of its end with the designed position adds the friction and stops the feeding. The rapid reverse driving of the rollers pulls the band tightly and then turns the rollers at a low velocity high torgue and this tightens the band.
