发明名称 MACHINE TOOL CONTROL DEVICE HAVING MACHINING CONDITION SENSING FUNCTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve sensing accuracy of machining condition by installing at least one acoustic emission sensor and one oscillation sensor and comparing the added result of output signals of both the sensors with the set value. CONSTITUTION:One oscillation acceleration sensor 10 detecting mechanical oscillation of low frequency zone and one acoustic emission (AE) sensor 12 detection acoustic emission are respectively mounted on a fixed board 2 of a machining unit. And AE and mechanical oscillation accompanying actual machining of a machine tool are detected, and the added output is compared with the set value set to discriminating value of actual machining - idle machining. Only when the added output is over the set value, feeding speed of the machine tool is lowered, then no error sensing based on noise occurs, and feeding speed of the machine tool can be changed and controlled according to the change in actual machining condition of actual machining and idle machining.
