<p>The profile (1) has profile flange surfaces (3, 4) which are opposite to one another and are each connected to opposite walls (7, 8) of a double-walled partition. The two profile flange surfaces (3, 4) are connected to one another by a profile web (2) which has a plurality of longitudinal series of holes (9). The holes (9) extend in the longitudinal direction of the profile and are mutually offset in the adjacent longitudinal series. This forms a grid of material webs (10) which extend obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the profile. The profile web (2) is elastic in the direction perpendicular to the walls (7, 8) so that transmission of vibration between the walls (7, 8) is reduced compared with a solid web. In addition, the transfer of heat between the two walls (7, 8) is significantly reduced since the cross-section of the material webs (10) is low and since the path for heat conduction, which is determined by the material webs (10), is relatively long. <IMAGE></p> |
