PURPOSE:To promptly further correctly regulate a guide vane, by supplying a digital signal to an electric motor for driving the guide vane and regulating it to be opened and closed to a predetermined opening. CONSTITUTION:A driving current of digitized signal is supplied to an electric motor for driving a guide vane, opening and closing the guide vane to a predetermined opening. In this way, the guide vane can be promptly further correctly regulated by enabling axial inertia force of the electric motor for driving the guide vane to be suppressed to a very small value while the guide vane to be almost prevented from its excessive advance and return. |
