PURPOSE:To make mechanical restraint on a gas turbine foreknowable in advance as well as to prevent a serious accident from occurring, by automatically monitoring a state of the gas turbine in times of its starting and stopping, while comparing it with the operating state in time of normality obtained out of theoretical or application results. CONSTITUTION:Each data of a detector 1 measuring revolving speed N and atmospheric temperature theta a of a gas turbine GT and a contact 2 of a signal showing an operating state of the gas turbine is inputted into an operation control unit 6 via an input unit 4. At the said unit 6, logical judgment and operation are performed in conforming with a built-in program of a memory 5, and the result is outputted to the memory 5 and an output unit 7. And, with a signal out of the output unit 7, an auxiliary relay 8 and a display unit 9 outside are operated. The operation control unit 6, for example, after GT operation starting, is constituted so as to judge the abnormality inhaving an eye to a fact that the time compensated by atmospheric pressure differs in times of normality and abnormality at time till reaching to GT rated revolving speed in a stabilized state. |
