PURPOSE:To prevent drop of the chuking force as well as increase of the final force, with a chuck for machining, by pressing a balance weight to the back surface of the master jaw periphery through the use of centrifugal force given by a chucking force compensation device while supporting in slide fitting condition on the cody of the chuck. CONSTITUTION:Besides to a balance weight 15, a centrifugal force is applied to a sub-weight 19 with rotation of a chuck, and a moment which want to rotate the balance weight 15 clockwise round a leg supporting pin 22 will be applied along with the moment given by said sub-weight 19 willing to heave main weight 16, and these two moments will press the back of a jaw 8 so as to set off the moment applied to the jaw 8 in the direction of mitigating the chucking effect to lead to preventing the chucking force from lowering. When rotation is stopped, the moments of the balance weight 15 and sub-weight 19 will go out to preclude increase of the chucking force in final stage. |
