PURPOSE:To cut the production cost by forming a guide part for a plug by cutting-finishing one edge of a cylindrical body and cutting-finishing the outer peripheral surface of a dish-shaped body fixed onto the other edge of the cylindrical body, thus forming a set part. CONSTITUTION:A connecting piece 23 is inserted into the opened port at one edge of a cylindrical body 21 and fixed through welding. Then, a dish-shaped body 22 is fixed onto the opened port at the other edge of the cylindrical body 21 through welding. When such welding is completed, the outer peripheral sur face at the opened port at one edge of the cylindrical part 21 is cutting-finished with high precision to form a guide part A. Then, said guide part A is chucked, and the tapped-hole work for the connecting piece 23 is performed, and then the outer side surface of the dish-shaped body 22 is cutting-worked to a pre scribed fluid characteristic curve to form a set part B. |
