PURPOSE:To maintain stable cleaning performance over a long period of time by disposing a plate-shaped member in parallel with the blade in such a position where the top end of the blade is in proximity thereto within 1.0mm during the movement of the blade toward attachment/detachment. CONSTITUTION:A stainless steel plate 4-9 is attached in parallel with the blade 4-1 in such a position where the blade 4-1 passes near the same in the stage of on and off turning. The distance between the two members in the extreme proximate stage is set at 0.5mm. The plate 4-9 is grounded. Paper powder 4-10, which is assumed to stick to the top end of the blade 4-1, is attracted to the plate 4-9 by electrostatic power and is removed onto the plate 4-9 in the stage when the top end of the blade 4-1 is passed near the plate 4-9 by the on-off movement thereof. The powder 4-10 is therefore cleaned at every on and off of the blade 4-1, by which the deposition of the powder 4-10 to the top end of the blade 4-1 is obviated even after the long-term use and the always stable cleaning performance is obtd. |
