PURPOSE:To ensure a compact-size normally rotating power source by fixing a pulley for taking out normal rotation output in the interior of a ring of a connecting disc in a clutch mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A connecting disc 20 of a clutch mechanism 10 comprises an upper disc 20a forming a lower interrupt portion and an upper disc 20b forming a control portion 32, which are coupled to each other by a ring 23. A pulley 38 for taking out normal rotation is disposed in the interior of the ring. Thus, even if a lot of parts, a cutting blade 11, a bowl-like disc 13, a coupling disc 16, a driving disc 12 and so on are superposed, incorporated and assembled, and all of these are not normally rotating members, it is not necessary to provide space especially, and a compact-size normally rotating power source is ensured skillfully. |
