PURPOSE:To reduce the size, the weight and cost by composing a transformer (PRT) for controlling a transformer exciting current of a saturable reactor transformer, and exciting the transformer by a transistor and a damper diode. CONSTITUTION:A switching transistor T1 and a damper diode D1 are connected in parallel, and a switching element connected in parallel with a transistor T2 and a diode D2 connected in series with the parallel connection is connected in series with a DC input power source Ei. The primary winding N1, the controlled winding NR of the PRT and a series resonance capacitor C1 are connected in series with an insulating converter transformer (PIT) from the midpoint of the switching element, further exciting windings NB1, NB2 are wound on the primary winding N2 of the PIT so that the transistor T1, T2 are alternately repeated in push-pull operation at a duty ratio of 1:1, and a base time constant series resonator for deciding the self-excited oscillating frequency is composed of entirely equal constant. |
