PURPOSE:To facilitate operations and reduce the apparatus in size by disposing a set of receive devices with an assembly line interposed therebetween, thereby to deliver an article conveyed by a mobile truck through one receive device to the other receive device. CONSTITUTION:A spring 6 is put on a drawn truck 5, and the truck is drawn by a mobile truck 3 to be conveyed to a designated position. Secondly, a finger 9 of the first receive device 8 is advanced to receive the spring 6 on one truck 5. Subsequently, the spring 6 on the finger 9 is transferred in front of a delivery device 10. The first receive device 8 receives the remaining spring 6 on the truck 5. A truck 12 is advanced toward an assembly line 1, and the spring 6 at the receive portion 14 is delivered to a receive portion 18 of the second receive device 15 moved to the assembly line side 1. After that, the second receive device 15 and the delivery device 10 are retreated to be on standby for conveying of a frame. This arrangement can facilitate the delivery of an article from one side of a line to the other side and reduce the apparatus in size. |
