<p>Feed means comprises an adjustable support which is upstream of the press and supports, one side, two straightening roller trains inclined at 45 degrees to the vertical median plane of the wire, and, on the other sid, an adjustable step by step advance means drawing the wire to the press, and finally a heating means which heats the wire to the optimum temp. for working by the press tools. Specif. the wire is fed from a driven reel and after passing through the press a shears cuts off deformed parts of the wire.</p> |
