PURPOSE:To enable small vibration of a motor rotary shaft and a table positioning control operation even near the stopping position by increasing using data length at the position control time to improve the angle resolution of a current command value. CONSTITUTION:A sintheta table 11A is provided in addition to sintheta table 11, and an address from an adder AD2 is input to the table 11 in a normal operation mode. When a mode discriminator 20 discriminates that a motor is in a positioning control operation mode, a switch 19 is shifted by the discrimination output, and the address from an adder AD3 is input to the other table 11A. The discriminator 20 generates a positioning command signal, and the discrimination output is generated when the motor arrives at the low speed adapted for the positioning control. |
