TRANSFER SEAL MOLDING METHOD

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of flash on a parting face of a mold, by a method wherein a space for supply of a material is closed, a special part for the supply of the material is eliminated from above the mold and the generation of the blash on a molded article after sealing is prevented during molding action. CONSTITUTION:An article (a) to be sealed is inserted into a space of a parting face and the article (a) to be sealed is fixed by primary mold clamping. Then a block 7 which has kept a material (b) held at a predetermined position beforehand is moved to a space between a front plate 1 and a cavity side part 2 and the material (b) is loaded into a supply hole 6. The space between the front plate 1 and the cavity side part 2 is closed and a plunger 8 is made to descend. The material (b) is filled into a cavity by passing through a runner 9 and a gate 10 from the supply hole 6.
