PURPOSE:To cause creation of an upwelling current due to movement of sea water and to stir up sea bottom suspended matters, by a method wherein a block, having recess-shaped sides, is secured to the upper surface of a ring serving to prevent the block from sinking to form an upwelling block, and the blocks are installed on a sea bottom surface. CONSTITUTION:A block AC is formed by concrete, and side parts 1 are formed in a recess having the same shape as that of a ball or a Rugby ball. A ring 6 is secured to the bottom surface of the block AC to prevent movement and fall-down of the block AC. Installation of the block AC on the sea bottom surface causes production of an upwelling effect through the action of the recess- shaped sides 1 during movement of sea water, resulting in attribution to stirring-up of sea bottom suspended matters. |
