PURPOSE:To detect abnormality of a pipe conduit the moment it happens by providing a device for calculating measured value variation vector outputting a sudden change coming out on an online pressure measuring instrument in process of measuring as a calculation vector when the abnormality happens in a distributing water pipe net. CONSTITUTION:The pressure measuring instrument 2 measures a joint of the distributing water pipe net 1 for every sampling time. The distributing water pipe net 1 can be expressed mathematically by the continuity of the flow rate and characteristic relation between the flow rate and pressure at the joint and if an imaginary joint which does not exist actually is set on the pipe conduit at the time of this mathematical expressing, the outflow from this imaginary joint is zero. Since the happening of the abnormality can be expressed as a rapid increase of the outflow from the joint, when the outflow of the joint corresponding to the happening position is increased to investigate the influence of the abnormality happening on a mathematical model, a change between the simulated pressure before inceasing and the simulated pressure after increasing is an increased amount of the simulated pressure due to the abnormality and this increased amount can be calculated with the joint to which the measuring instrument 2 is provided. |
