PURPOSE:To suppress generation of a data error at switching by transmitting a pull in after a prescribed bit length from a synchronizing signal so as to make the transmission frame phase coincident in the frame synchronizing device of the shake hand system. CONSTITUTION:Transmission frame phase counters 12a, 22a are made coincident for an active system and a spare system, synchronizing signal phase control sections 13, 23 receive signals 18, 28 from frame phase control circuits 12b, 22b and apply control that the phase of a pull in signal transmitted in receiving a synchronizing request signal outputted from opposed synchronizing circuit sections 10, 20 is in a prescribed relation to the data signal transmitted to the opposed synchronizing circuit sections 10, 20. Thus, even when the synchronizing circuits 11, 21 of the active system and the spare system apply the pull in independently in the shake hand system procedure, the transmission frame phase of the active system and the spare system is made coincident. |
