PURPOSE:To enable stable gas supply if a trouble occurs by providing both a pressure regulator which adjusts which adjusts opening of the bypass valve of an expansion turbine and a solenoid valve which quickly opens the by pass valve in response to a quick valve opening instruction fed from a controller. CONSTITUTION:A cryogenic power generating plant includes a pump 2, a vaporiz er 3, an expansion turbine 4, a generator 5 and a heater 6. When pressure of gas at the inflow side of the expansion turbine 4 is increased over a set value, a pressure adjuster 21 adjusts the opening of a bypass valve 16. A control ler 22 generates a quick valve opening instruction when any trouble of an tur bine trip instruction occurs. A solenoid valve 20 quickly opens the bypass valve 16 in response to the quick valve opening instruction from the controller 22. Gas can then be supplied stably if a trouble occurs. |
