PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a circuit in a device, etc. by providing a means capable of grounding a flap-angle adjusting mechanism when adjusting the angle of swings of a total reflection mirror and an output mirror, and making the application of high voltage to the flap-angle adjusting mechanism section impossible at the time of grounding. CONSTITUTION:A laser oscillation control circuit 22 is constituted so as to receive a short-circuit preventive signal from a grounding adjusting circuit 21, and constructed so as to prevent the application of high voltage to a discharge tube 1 when it receives the short-circuit preventive signal and obviate the stoppage of laser oscillation. A constant current circuit 23 has a function pulse-oscillating a laser while being constituted so as to prevent a changeover to pulse oscillation from continuous oscillation when the short-circuit preventive signal is emitted, and serves as a changeover preventive circuit. Consequently, the grounding adjusting circuit 21 emits the short-circuit preventive signal on grounding, and the application of high voltage by the laser oscillation control circuit 22 and the stop-page of laser oscillation are made impossible. When the constant current circuit 23 has the pulse oscillation function, the changeover to pulse oscillation from continuous oscillation is made impossible. Accordingly, a short-circuit accident under the state of grounding can be obviated. |
